Google mail or gmail is a free web-based email service provided by Google.

Google Slides allows you to create presentations. Multiple people can work on the slides at one time which would be great for a group presentation. Changes are seen in real time and all changes are automatically saved.

Google Forms

Google forms is a tool that allows you to create and share forms. You can also use it to create surveys and quizzes. It collects data and feedback or pesonses from your audience or participants which can be analysed in real time. You can share forms via a link or embed them in websites.
